We currently ship exclusively within Poland.

We specialize in wooden products such as wooden statues, utensils (spoons and forks), chess boards, vases, and other decorative and functional items.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

4. How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.

5. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

6. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
